Surgery with Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy Gravel Removal Surgery

Objective To evaluate percutaneous nephroscopic lithotripsy removal with the operation method and effect.Methods The clinical study of 52 cases in our hospital from 2010 January to 2012 January were percutaneous nephroscopic lithotripsy removed operation patients as subjects,the patients received the operation phase of clinical nursing system,retrospective analysis of the clinical effect of treatment of patients.Results Among the 52 patients,49 cases of the 1 gravel removed successfully,the treatment of 1 cases of 5D again after lithotripsy removed,1 relapsed patients after half a year,no patients had complications.Conclusion The clinical study results,percutaneous nephroscopic lithotripsy surgery patients receiving system operation nursing,contribute to the therapeutic effect of the improved operation,shorten the days of hospitalization and postoperative,reduce the incidence of complications,therefore the clinical promotion and application of higher value.
