Application of cooperative learning in the teaching of "Group Work"

As an effective learning strategy,cooperative learning is widely used currently;however,the implementation of cooperative learning in higher education is relatively rare.This paper analyzes the main points and advantages of cooperative learning,and then it proposes the necessity and urgency to apply cooperative learning in the course of group work,reviewing that it is the development needs of social work student's subject,is the needs of socialization,is also the needs of training of professional knowledge and skills.On this basis,the paper proposes the concept of how to apply cooperative learning into group work.
