Abstract
Vocational guidance in higher vocational schools is an important part of higher vocational education,and it is a key link which can help vocational college students be employed smoothly and find a pleasant job.The article dissects the hard employment of vocational college students,analyzes the current situation of vocational guidance in higher vocational schools,thinks deeply about the working practice and innovative development of vocational guidance,and provides a theoretical basis and practical way for vocational guidance in higher vocational schools.
