Abstract

The effects of different storage conditions on longevity of W.pumilae were investigated in laboratory experiments. Results showed that the best conditions to delay longevity of W.pumilae were:proper 2% honey water, darkness, temperature of 10 ℃ and relative humidity of 95%.Under the same condition,W.pumilae survived longest for 15 days.Relative humidity and temperature had extremely significant effects on the survival longevity of W.pumilae, and food(2% honey water) and light had significant effects on the longevity of W.pumilae.The sequence of effect on the longevity of W.pumilae was relative humiditytemperaturefoodlight.Between relative humidity and temperature,as well as light and temperature all didn't showed a significant interaction effects.
