Abstract

Objective To research the effects of hypertonic saline on the treatment and cell function in hemorrhagic shock. Methods It was reproduced that an animal model of hemorrhaged(MAP=5.33kPa) for 30 minutes in rabbits. It was treated by saline solution, grouped as 5 groups in 0.9%、2.5%、5.0%、7.5%、10.0%NaCl.It was analyzed in MAP and Na~+、Cl~-、K~+、NAG、MDA in plasma and survival times in rabbits. Results The MAP of 7.5% NaCl groups was significantly greater than others, but the level of K~+、NAG、MDA was significantly lower than others, the survival times in 7.5% NaCl groups were the longest among the 5 groups. Conclusion These studies suggest that cell injury may be decreased in resuscitation with 7.5% NaCl in hemorrhagic shock.
