Abstract

The invasion and metastasis of tumor is a very complicated process.It is believed that matrix metalloproteinases play an important role in the invasion and metastasis process.This review is about the newest progress of the relationship of MMP and the invasion and metastasis of tumor and the development of antitumor drugs of MMP inhibitors.
