Abstract
Beginning with the viewpoints of the humanistic environment, it is held that the humanistic environment is the hidden invisible one in the main body of society. The greatest difficulty with the development of West China consists in the three-element relationships among human being, nature and economy. The reconstruction of the humanistic environment in the development of West China should cover three basic contents, that is, ecological humanism, public rationalist spirit intrinsic humanistic quality. In the course of the development of West China the spreading and popularization of the humanistic spirit are needed. The innovative education system is also required to open the socialized educational channel.
