Abstract
Lung cancer shows a tendency of higher incidence and higher mortality in recent years,but the overall 5-year survival rate is less than 10%-15%. Serum tumor markers have important significance in early screening, diagnosis,efficacy evaluation,recurrence and prognosis of lung cancer. In this paper,5 most important lung cancer serum tumor markers were reviewed,including carcinoembryonic antigen( CEA),neuron-specific enolase( NSE),cytokeratin fragment antigen 21-1( CYFRA21-1),squamous cell carcinoma related antigen( SCC-Ag) and lactate dehydrogenase( LDH).
