Abstract
In order to investigate microelements in tobacco growing soil of Tongren and supply micronutrients to tobacco fields to improve the production and quality of tobacco, the microelement nutrients in 90 soil samples collected from 4 tobacco growing counties in Tongren were analyzed, and their distribution was evaluated. The results showed available Zn content was adequate with the mean of 1.94 mg/kg,but 20.00% of the tobacco planting soil lacked Zn or potentially lacked Zn;Available Cu,Fe and Mn contents were very rich in the tobacco-growing soils of Tongren with the mean of 1.20 mg/kg,30.88 mg/kg and 37.77 mg/kg,respectively;Solution Cl content was adequate with the mean of 12.79 mg/kg;Available B content was low with the mean of 0.41 mg/kg and those in 71.11% soil samples were less than the critical value,so additional supplyment of B fertilizer was required. The contents of available Fe and B had a significant positive correlation with the contents of available Zn.The contents of available Fe had a significant positive correlation with available Cu and Mn.The contents and distributions of soil microelements had discrepancy in different counties. So,microelement fertilizers should be applied according to the local soil microelement status.
