Abstract
This paper is to discuss one of the stream ciphers in symmetrical cipher probably to be extensively spread.First,it is not only to introduce the whole structure of the stream cipher but also to design the stream cipher concerning the major factors.Then,the paper studies the algorithm of the stream cipher.
