Abstract
This paper presents an analysis of the training patterns of the hospitality industry professionals. People engaged in hospitality industry can basically meet the requirements of the industry in some respects, such as knowledge and relationship. But in some respects people cannot meet the requirements such as behalior analysis and problem-solving ability.The graduates from tourism colleges, who are employed in hospitality industry speak highly of the college teachers' education and management, and expect improvements in a few respects. Finally this paper provides corresponding measures and suggestions from the levels of tourism universities, tourism professional teachers, tourism enterprises and tourism professionals themselves.
