The great thought of three representsis based on deep consideration for the future of our party and our country. It reflects the new development of modern world including China. Three represents is considered as an efficient propellant to accelerate the development of socialistm with special characteristics, in China. No body can deny that it is a powerful spiritual tool to fulfill the dream that the Chinese people will come to a prosperous renaissance. Three represents keeps pace with the Times, and it is a latest achievement of the theoretical innovation. It is mainly embodied as integrated innovation from the theoretical aspect, when it comes to the policy. The Three represents inherits other Marxist theories successfully. Such as Mao Zedong thought, and Deng xiao ping theory. It upholds the basic principle of Marxism, and develops very well. It consists of four different layers, which are the theory; the substance of the doctrine and the further explanation on policy. So there is no doubt that it is a precise theoretic system.
