Abstract
The effects of Co on the microstructure of Cu-Zn-Al alloy and on the dezincification corrosion resistance of alloys by corrosion test were studied.The results confirmed that Co could refine microstructure of alloys and change α and β phases from coarse plate-like to fine short plate-like.The dezincification corrosion resistance was obviously improved with addition of Co.Furthermore,the optimum amount of Co in Cu-Zn-Al alloy was also found.
