Abstract
The statistical method and the application of whole rock macerals are discussed. The proposed evaluation standards of the type and abundance of whole rock organic matter are proved credible by identifying samples, and properties of hydrocarbon source rocks can be effectively evaluated. Quantitative classification of the whole rock organic matter types is established. Compared with the method of kerogen microscopic detection , the whole rock statistical analysis of macerals can provide more information, and it has some obvious advantages, such as fast, low cost and direct analysis.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
