Abstract

There are many disadvantages in the system of judicial appraisal in China.Many scholars suggest that it should be substitud by the system of expert witness.The author opposes this suggestion,because there are also many disadvantages existing in system of expert witness through the study of the reform of judicial system in UKThe author suggests that we should not copy the system of expert witness
