Abstract

The ⅡWorld War brought the American society many structural changes on all respects.Harry·Truman carried out the civil service reform resolutely under the complex situations at home and abroad,which refers to politics、econimic and society.Doing some reserches about the relationts between the contents of the reform and backgound is the main aim in this article.
