Credit risk management is the core of the state-owned commercial banks credit risk management system. Five steps can be done to control the credit risk by banks. They are perfecting the organization building, combing the integration credit extension and single credit extension, achieving credit risk profit, uniting credit extension and improving the identification ability of credit risk of loan officers and credit risk management officers.
