Application of ISO9000 system in nursing quality management

Abstract

The quality of nursing is the basis of nursing service.Based on ISO9000 system,we established and perfected the nursing quality management system and motivated all the staff to participate in the management.Applying the system,we strengthened the consciousness of quality management,controlled the process management effectively,which made the behaviors of nursing management and nursing service to be standardized,systematic and legalized,and improved both of the social and economic benefit of hospital.
