The scientific annotation of the relation between efficiency and justice

Abstract
Efficiency and justice stressed by the Central Committee of the Communist Party in Implementing Essentials of Citizen's Moral Construction scientifically annotates the relation between efficiency and justice,based on the connotation of them in the condition of socialist market economy.Justice refers not only to economic justice,but also to political and ethical justice,while efficiency refers to economic efficiency as well as the operating efficiency of the whole social system.They demand and depend on each other on the one hand;they promote and restrict each other on the other hand.Their relation is that of a supplementing and tialectical unity.
