Abstract
By a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method, simultaneous determination of 18 free amino acids in the muscle of shrimp was carried out.The samples were derivatized with DABS-Cl.The results showed that 18 free amino acids were easily separated and determined at one run within 50 min.The amino acid amounts were linearly related with the peak areas and the correlated coefficient were above 0.997.The recoveries of amino acids added were 86.60%-107.27%,except cystine. The detection limit of amino acids ranged from 0.18 to 0.66 mg/L.There were 3.53%-8.51% relative standard deviations in these amino acids, except aspartie.
