Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to study the question of almost periodic solutions of the neutral functional differential equations,to establish sufficient conditions for the existence and uniqueness of the almost periodic solutions of the neutral functional differential equations applying the fixed point theory, and to consider the global exponential stability for the almost periodic solutions. It popularize the result in other reference.
