The legal policy of agricultural industrialization in Japan

In order to study Japanese developing proach and detailed system of agricultural industrialization and provide some experience of model and system for the agricultural industrialization in China,we study the legal policy of agricultural industrialization has its own different characteristics in different countries and times.For the needs of its rural and agricultural development,Japanese government adapts its agricultural policy of agricultural constructure,development and construction according to the needs in different period.We should draw some experiences from Japan and perfect our agricultural legal system,financial system,technological development system and large-scale economy depending on the encouragement,support and guide of our government.
