Abstract
The silica MCM-41 mesoporous molecular sieve has some advantages,for instance,stable framework,ordered pore canal,narrow distrbution of pore diameter,but its hydrothemal stability is terrible,acidity is inferior,pore diameter is not big enough and it isn't suitable for large molecule reaction.Research fellows often employ some methods such as enlarging pore diameter modification,metal modification,heterpoly acid modification and other modified in order to improve the performance of MCM-41 sieve.This paper shows in making MCM-41 sieve modified and applying MCM-41 sieve which has been modified to fields of petrolem and chemical industry.
