Abstract

Facing the raising opinion of RMB appreciation in the world, professor Mondale believes that the monetary policy which China implements at present is correct and feasible, China′s policy of keeping RMB exchange rate stable is correct and effective. In this article, the author expounds five chief reasons of keeping RMB exchange rate stable in detail, and points out some profound reasons influencing the stability of RMB exchange rate. At last, the author brings forward some methods to remain the stability of RMB exchange rate.
