Abstract

The construction of productive training base is the necessary protection to improve students' practical skills,to develop their abilites of innovation and professional quality,and also the necessary requirement for the sustainable development of the training base of higher vocational colleges.This paper focuses on the four aspeds the meaning,including the basic characteristics,the operating mode and the management system of productive training bases.
