Abstract

Objective To understand the incidence status of viral hepatitis of various types from 2004 to 2009,analyze the epidemiological characteristics and provide scientific basis for development control strategies and measures.Method The epidemic data of viral hepatitis were collected from 2004 to 2009 and using Excel software for statistical analysis. Results 3 140 viral hepatitis cases were reported during 2004 to 2009,the population incidence rate was 6.75 / 100 00,the ratio male to female was 2.7∶ 1.The population incidence of various hepatitis were that, hepatitis A 1.12 / 10000,hepatitis B 4.53 / 10000,hepatitis C 0.78 / 10000,hepatitis E 0.04 / 10000 and unclassified hepatitis 0.27 / 10000.High incidence age of hepatitis was during 15 to 54 years old.Farmers, public officials and students accounted for 67.36%,7.55% and 6.71%,respectively.Hepatitis patients showed an increasing trend and main as hepatitis B.Conclusions Viral hepatitis incidence rate was higher and prevention task still tough in this county.
