Development of General VGA-TV Signal Translator

Abstract

Various forms of the VGA signals for industrial computers at Baosteel are analyzed,and the process of VGA TV signal translation is briefed,along with design thought and the way of implementation.It is demonstrated that the general VGA TV translator can translate various forms of VGA signal to TV video output successfully,which can meet the requirement of the supervision centre at Baosteel.
