Abstract
This article probes into the effectiveness which the language environment has exerted on the language expression from two sides: the meaning and the function (language environment to expression effect), identifies that the successes as well as the failures in language using depend on the language environment. Furthermore, it points out that we pay less attention to it in our traditional language teaching, and theoretically put forward an ideal model for language teaching.
