Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of transcranail Doppler(TCD)、 brainstem auditory evoked potentials(BAEP) and electroencephalogram(EEG) in the youth and middle age patiens with vertebrobasilar artery ischemia vertigo(VBAIV).Methods 120 VBAIV patiens and 100 control persons were studied by TCD、BAEP and EEG.Results There are 98 cases that TCD of patients were adnormal in test group,the abnormal rate was 81.6%,and 88 cases for BAEP(73.3%),and 18 cases for EEG(15%);There are 23 cases that TCD of patients were adnormal in control group,the abnormal rate was 23%,and 7 cases for BAEP(7%),and 5 cases for EEG(5%).Conclusion Associate with TCD、BAEP and EEG might increase the diagnostic of VBAIV.
