A Pulse-responding Analysis on Mutual Effect of Regional Economic Growth in China

Abstract

Based on impulse response functions analysis,this paper examines the mutual effect of regional economic growth of China.The empirical results show that there is stable relation among the regional economic growth over a long time,and the economic growths of eastern and western regional have benefits to themselves and the other regions.Keeping on the eastern regional economic growth and accelerating the western regional economic growth are in favor of reducing the regional economic growth disparity of China.
