Abstract

The extraction of polysaccharides from Zingiber striolatum by ultrasonic technology was studied and the effects of solvent, ultrasonic power, extraction time,solid-liquid ratio on yield of polysaccharides were investigated. The optimized conditions were determined through orthogonal test. The solid-liquid ratio was1∶30(mg∶L),the extraction temperature was 70 ℃,the extraction time was 40 min,the ultrasonic power was 100 W,and the yield was 8.18%.
