Study on the Countermeasures for the Cultivation of Basic Vocational Quality of Higher Vocational School Students

As an important part of comprehensive qualities of higher vocational school students,the basic vocational quali ty has been attached more and more attention from employers.It contains four levels that are vocational ethics,vocational consciousness,vocational behavioral habit and vocational skills.To cultivate the basic vocational quality of higher vocation al school students,it is feasible to start from establishing the three-dimensional defense mechanism for bad social thoughts,constructing the cultivation system for basic vocational quality and improving students' consciousness about basic vocational quality cultivation,so as to find the operable countermeasures.
