Abstract
The development of the peasant land rights is an important feature of the developing individual rights in the England transition period.Comparing with the period that has pasted,the situation of peasant tenure has changed a lot in the fifteenth to the sixteenth century.Peasants have more insurance from the law and more rights to deal with their land.These all demonstrate that peasants have had the right close to land ownership.As the developing of peasant land rights,land comes into the circulation area as a commercial capital.It is of great importance to the improvement in Agricultural techniques and the changing in land management.
