Abstract
Two new arithmetical function U(n)and V(n)are defined,and the convergent proper-(-1)n(-1)n ties of the Dirichlet series∑ elementary and n=1Usand(n)∑n=1Vsare studied.B(n)y using theanalytic method,the identities of Dirichlet series of two new arithmetic function is achieved,and two interesting mean value theorems are is obtained.The relevant research work of classical arithmetical function is developed.
