Some Relevent Issues about Joint Criminal Negligence

Abstract
It is difficult to reach a consensus about the probelm of joint criminal negligence.Some hold that there is such a crime,others maintains that there is no such a crime in the theoretical circle both at home and abroad.The author of the article argues that it is necessary to redefine some relvent issues of the joint criminal negligence and further put it into the scope of joint offense on the basis of the judicial practice drawing on the experience of the antecedents.
