Abstract
High performance liquid chromatography was used to study characteristics of solubilization of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon with a biosurfactant produced by Pseudomonas aeruginosa S6 at grade concentration,pH,temperature and time. Results showed that within some concentration, higher concentration of the surfactant, larger solubility of naphthalene, anthracene, pyrene and benzanthracene.Among the concentration of surfactant stabilizing organisms and when solubilization was performed using naphthalene, anthracene, pyrene and benzanthracene, the value of pH should be maintained in the range of 6 to 8,and optimally 8;temperature controlled among 30 ℃~70 ℃,and optimally 30 ℃;time should be kept within 3 d,and optimally 3 d.
