Evaluation Analysis of Implementation of Shandong Science and Technology Innovation Policy Based on the Statistical Data

Using the statistical data related to science,technology and innovation of Shandong from 2006 to 2012,to evaluate the effect of the provincial science,technology and innovation policy.The results indicate that,in 2012 science and technology innovation policy implementation effect in Shandong province is better than that of 2005.Among them,the demands of technology innovation policy implementation effect is prominent,the environmental policy of science and technology innovation should be strengthened;science and technology innovation supply policy although the largest in number,there are some deviations in the implementation process,failed to reach the due level of effectiveness.Shandong province should pay close attention to the formulation of Science,technology and innovation environmental policy to promote the economic development environment;be of attach importance to science and technology innovation supply policies in place,keep innovation demand policy highly guiding.
