Abstract
Objective To determine the content of traditional decoction of Yiqi fuyi and the traditional Chinese medicine formula granules, approached the feasibility of use the Yiqi fuyi prescription drug granules in Chinese medicine complex compatibility. Methods The HPLC method was used to detect the content of astragaloside, paeoniflrin and tetrahydropalmatine both in Yiqi fuyi decoction and formula granulas. Results The content of astragali in Yiqi fuyi number and the formula granules are 0.031%and 0.039%,the content of peoniflorin in Yiqi fuyi number 2 and the formula granules are 0.41%and 0.39%,and the content of tetrahydropalmatine in Yiqi fuyi number 3 and the formula granules are 0.011%and 0.016%.Conclusion The content of the main index ingredients in Yiqifuyi decoction and the formula granules have no significant diffrence. It has made foundation for the use of formula granules on clinic.
