Antifungal activity of Trichoderma harzianum and fungicides to Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense from banana

Abstract

Antifungal effect of different Trichoderma spp.strains T2、T3、T4、T5、T6、T7 and fungicides on Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense of banana was studied.The results indicated that T6 was best,and the fungistatic rate was 60.74%.Fenaminosulf with 1 000 μg/mL,mancozed with 1 000 μg/mL,hymexazol with 500 μg/mL and tradimefon with 200 μg/mL were effective for inhibitting the fungi,and the fungistatic rates were all over 90%.
