Abstract
Objective To study the effect of all-trans retinoic acid (ATRA) on proliferation of breast cancer MCF-7 cells. Methods The proliferation of MCF-7 cells under ATRA of different doses and interfering periods was observed and compared by MTT. Results The OD value of the experiment group 3, 6, 9 d after inoculation was significantly variable compared to that of the control group. The inhibiting effect of ATRA on the proliferation of MCF-7 cells was most apparent at 6 d after inoculation. Conclusion ATRA has inhibiting effect on the proliferation of MCF-7 cells, and this effect is dose and time dependent.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
