Abstract
DNA vaccine attracts more and more scholars, attention as a new achievement in development of vaccine. Many scholars always have been dedicated to enhance protection and immunogenicity of the DNA vaccine. Some experiment finds that codon optimization of DNA vaccine could improve protein expression and induce significantly humoral and cellular immune responses in mam-mal host cells.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
