Abstract
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of iris-fixated intraocular lens and posterior chamber intraocular lens for non-capsule aphakia. Methods A group of 110 eyes in 105 patients with aphakia underwent iris-fixated intraocular lens with 55 eyes and posterior chamber intraocular lens with 55 eyes. Results The BCVA of patients with IOL was(0.50±0.26),the VA of 32 eyes was higher than BCVA before the operation, the BCVA of 23 eyes was more than or equal to 0.5,the post-operative naked visual acuity was improved obviously. Conclusion Iris-fixated IOL for aphakia is safe and efficient.
