Abstract

The nature of criminal enforcement measure system embodies the unity of opposites of criminal punishment and human right protection.The human rights should be protected at most as the criminal punishment also used at the same time.The strict conditions and procedures is formulated in the criminal litigation law.But there are some shortages in this system.It is should be improved in legislation.
