Abstract
Combining with the engineering features,the paper sums up the basic points for the engineering program management,introduces the common target control,the active control and the passive control in the program management,and illustrates the plan management,the quality management,the safety management,and comprehensive management,so as to direct the practice and enhance the improvement of the program management.
