Abstract
The effects of solution temperature and time, aging temperature and time on mechanical properties and microstructure of TC11 titanium alloy were studied by orthogonal test. The results show after solution treatment at 960 ℃ for 30 min and aging at 530 ℃ for 8 h for the alloy, the tensile strength, yield strength, elongation and reduction of area for the alloy are 1133 MPa,1045 MPa,18.84%,56.49% respectively, showing the best combination of strength and plasticity.
