Abstract
The basic principle and recent progress of mass spectrometry, spectrometry, spectrophotometry, potentiometry to measure the boron concentration and isotopic ratio were reviewed. The paper mainly studied and compared the characteristics of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),isotope dilution inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ID-ICP-MS),thermal ionization mass spectrometry(TIMS),secondary ion mass spectrometry(SIMS),atomic emission spectrometry(AES)/absorption spectrometry(AAS),plasma-source optical emission spectrometry(OES),colorimetric method, fluorimetric method and potentiometry.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
