Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effect of flunarizine、propranolol combined with flupentixol melitracen in nervous headache. Methods 60 cases of nervous headache patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 30 cases.Observation group was treated by flunarizine、propranolol combined with flupentixol melitracen.Control group was treated by oryzanol and diazepam. After treated, compared the VAS score、clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. Results The total effective rate of observation group(96.67%) was higher than that of control group(73.33%),the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).After treatment,VAS score of two groups were lower, and VAS score of observation group was lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction in two group. Conclusion The effect of flunarizine, propranolol combined with flupentixol melitracen in nervous headache is effective and safe,it is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
