Influence of some social factors on adult education and its countermeasures

Over two decades of open and reform, the traditional concept of education has been impacted by some social factors like technological progress, entry into WTO, and demographic change among others. As a result, increasing needs to adult education have become a hot issue. It thus appears necessary to set up a system of adult education, which will be characterized with systematical and networking style. What we should do now is just enlarging service field, and outlining an educational layout of plural and multiple sources.
