Abstract
La_2O_3/Al_2O_3/TiO_2 nano composite powder is prepared by precipitation method from TiCl_4,La_2O_3 and Al. Their microstructures are investigated by DSC-TG,XRD and TEM. The results show that the nanometer TiO_2 powder doped by La_2O_3 and added by Al_2O_3 can resist high temperature remarkably. The particle size is about 32nm and the amount of anatine is 77.2% (mol%).
