Abstract
The effect of operation parameters including reaction temperature, pressure, GHSV and catalyst ratio on dimethyl ether (DME) synthesis in slurry bed were studied in this paper. It was found that CO conversion reached the maximum at 270℃, and DME selectivity decreased slowly as the temperature increased. Both CO conversion and DME selectivity could be improved at higher pressure. The most favorite GHSV for CO conversion and DME synthesis was 3000h -1 .However, the catalyst ratio had a great influence on DME synthesis reaction, the best of which was 4~5.
